Grant is a writer-director with a passion for telling upbeat stories about disability and care. His award winning shorts have screened at Oscar and BAFTA qualifying film festivals worldwide.
As a commercials director, Grant loves telling bright and colourful stories filled with hope. He's worked on projects, large and small with household names. His short film 'Ecstasy' won 10 awards and his work has been featured in multiple outlets such as Directors Notes, Film Stories magazine and Screen Daily. He's worked as a director shadow on the ITV show 'Grace' learning from BAFTA winning director Jon East.
As a screenwriter, Grant’s feature film 'Ecstasy' was selected as part of the 'Funny Features' development lab delivered by Glasgow Film Festival and supported by the BFI and National Lottery Funding. Where he was mentored by Mark Chappell.
His TV pilot ‘Shortcutz’ about disability, dating and tech, was shortlisted by Amazon Studios WriterSlam and his short ‘Death by Water Pistol’, reached the table read stage with Film London. His projects have regularly featured in the top 10% on BBC Writersroom and the top 15% of the Academy Nicholl Fellowship.
With a degree in architecture Grant is regularly working with brands to bring their projects to life. With experience as a creative director, director and producer.
